Admin Service Plus (ASP) was founded in 2006 helping employers outsource temporary assignments and projects. With a great demand and need for employment readiness of job seekers, Employment Consulting Services (ECS) was added.
ECS has been serving internationally trained professional with employment needs, preparation and readiness for the Canadian work environment.
As an experienced professional in employment consulting, motivational speaking and job placement successfully serving professionals, our top professional was awarded by the House of Commons / Member of Parliament of Canada for their 10 years of excellent service.
Realizing that there is a broader audience that needs employment support, such as international students and citizens, ASP has deployed their services in serving both ends of the employment market fulfilling the needs of employers and job seekers and matching them together resulting in ASP being a one stop shop for employment services.
Canada being a multi-cultural country with over two hundred thousand of immigrants migrating every year, many newcomers need a support system to adapt and to integrate to the Canadian work environment in order to sustain and maintain a job in their professional field.
Many immigrant professionals in their career phase of life often lack direction, self worth and self esteem finding it hard to realize their true potential which leads them into survival jobs not falling in their professional fields to pay their bills just to get by. Many choose to return back to their home countries along with their families and some having to be separated from their family feeling bitter and frustrated, after gradually depleting their life savings in hoping to land a job in their profession. With this realization, one of ASP's focus is to help professionals be well prepared and ready for Canadian employment market before moving to Canada.
